To be eligible for a return, the lantern must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item meets the return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
